Willis Towers Watson PLC said Friday it has hired former BPL Global executive Evan Freely as global head of financial solutions.
He replaces Christophe Meurier, but a WTW spokeswoman did not provide additional information.
Mr. Freely will be based in New York and report to Alastair Swift, head of global lines of business, risk & broking at WTW.
Mr. Freely was previously president and director, Americas, at specialty broker BPL Global. Prior to that, he was global practice leader, credit specialties, at Marsh LLC.
